Delivery options

  • 2 to 4 Working Days - £4.95

    The delivery charge is £4.95 at the time of placing order. it will take 2 to 4 working days for the product to be delivered.



Order status

When we accept your order, we will do our best to make the delivery within the quoted delivery period. If we do not attempt a delivery within the quoted delivery period and you provided a full and correct delivery address then we may offer a full or partial refund of the delivery fee. If you provide an incorrect delivery address and we are unable to deliver, then we may treat the order as cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods. The delivery charge will not be refunded. Should nobody be available to accept the delivery, the courier will keep hold of the goods for up to two days and you may re-arrange delivery. After this period we may treat the order as cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods. The delivery charge will not be refunded. We may send items individually, so if you have ordered more than one item from us it is possible you may receive them on different days.

Order status

        The order has been sent to our warehouse for fulfilment. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

 
    • Shipped

      The order has been fully dispatched. The dispatch tracking number is provided in the Order Tracking email where you can obtain up to date dispatch information.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days of placing the order, please email us at webcs@retaildirect.co.uk and in the Subject, please write "Order Tracking". We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours of receipt. (Mon-Fri, excluding bank holidays).
